Requests made less than 48 hours before the event are subject to a $30 rush fee. We recommend that you submit your request at least a week in advance of your event date. Hiring is subject to our photographers' availability, depending on the date, time and location of your event. Please note that dates outside of Columbia University's academic year will have more limited photographer availability.

what to expect

After submitting your request, we'll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm details. You'll then have a chance to review the portfolios of available photographers before deciding on who to work with. We'll take care of some paperwork and you'll be all set for the shoot. Photos are typically delivered digitally within one week of the shoot.
